Cartoonist program is simple , easy to use and allows you to twist in the image to create fun photos like the " Laugh Factory " in the park . It supports the most popular file formats including : JPEG , BMP , PNG , GIF and TIFF

Download is complete, double -click the file you cartinst.exe to install , the installation process can uncheck the software bundled Web Photo Album if not necessary . Then you activate the application from the Start Menu / Programs / cartoonist / cartoonist . You can put images into the program window to handle by dragging / dropping or clicking menu File / Open and select the image . To distort the image , drag the radius slider Warp to use small or large marquee and drag to want to deform as the eyes , nose , ears , mouth ... the characters in the image , click and drag your mouse to make a selection of long / short , distorted left / right ... as you want , then release the mouse button to get photos humor .
